REmember to RE-finance

Interest Rates have been so low in the Sunnyvale real estate market, as well as the nation, I’ve taken it for granted that everyone who could re-finance, would have. Per the Wall Street Journal, about 37% of homeowners have mortgages of 6% or higher per the article in the Journal. The 30 year mortgage for Sunnyvale real estate is currently under 5.1% (0 points, 30 yr fixed)

It may make ‘cents’, a lot, to call your bank to refi.
